I have a 3800 square foot house that I was getting ready to list and my realtors suggested a stager/stylist to make it look its best for the real estate photos, open houses, etc. Mikayla, in her cheery personality, walked through the house, made a few initial suggestions, took some photos and then a couple days later emailed me a style guide. This guide had my house laid out room by room (with photos) and to-do lists for each reach space. She took what was an enormous task and broke it into manageable sections that weren’t as overwhelming. I do love a to-do list! Once I worked through the guide, Mikayla came back and spent a whole day with me and my realtors moving furniture and rearranging things, decorating, and making my house look amazing. She was very friendly and pleasant to have around. She was decisive (and I’m not so that was great!) and meaningful in the way she chose to arrange things, etc. If I could go back a few years to when I purchased the house, I would call her to come design and decorate it from the beginning so I could live in the organized and beautiful home longer and not have to sell it!”
